Children’s HopeChest She Speaks Video

I got to meet these ladies at the She Speaks conference that I attended last month. The impact that this video made not only on me, but most of the women at the conference was powerful.

Tom Davis is the CEO of Children’s Hope Chest and is also the author of Fields of the Fatherless. I first heard of Children’s Hope Chest when taking a class that Tom was teaching at She Speaks, Writing out of your Passion. One of Tom’s passions are the orphan’s of Moldova and sex trafficking prevention.

Many of you know that one of my passions is suicide prevention which was born out of my own attempted suicide because I had lost all hope in life. I can’t even image how the young girls of Moldova find hope when they are facing a future in the sex trade.

So please, go to Children’s Hope Chest Facebook page and like them. Go to and become a partner, it is only $34 a month to make a difference in a child’s life.

We may not all be able to go but we can all give support in some way, the power of prayer is bigger than anything.

God bless.
